I am so pleased to offer a local violin rental option in Athens! After much consideration, I decided that this would be a great way to expand my bow offerings while providing our community with a resource that primarily exists online. Often enough, I see clients who have received a “gift” , a “loaner” or even a “deal on ebay/Amazon” and shoulders inevitably drop when the disappointment of finding out how much work is needed to make the instrument playable sets in. I have been developing my skills in violin setup and believe I can offer budding musicians a quality instrument that is properly set up / adjusted and a bow that is properly balanced. Of course, renting an instrument online has its advantages, but if and when things go wrong, I believe it’s a much better option to have a person you can see locally.
